Smooth Purchase Process It is not often one finds genuine helpful salespersons that truly take the customer into account when structuring a win/win deal. In my own experienc It is not often one finds genuine helpful salespersons that truly take the customer into account when structuring a win/win deal. In my own experience buying my last vehicle in December 2018, I found working with Steve Mrsich at Summit View Auto was the closest I've ever gotten to getting a fair deal when purchasing an used vehicle. Steve was very knowledgeable of the vehicle he sold me, he answered many questions I had before making the purchase decision, and after I purchased the vehicle he addressed the questions that came up as I was getting used to the new vehicle. I've waited couple of months after my transaction to write this review to ensure my post purchase experience was as positive as my pre-purchase. Now I'm writing this review to encourage Steve to continue working in this manner, making fair deal for his customers. I'm also sharing my experience of working with Steve, and Summit View Auto, to help any interested party with the decision to start their own Smooth Purchase Process journey and hopefully your experience is as enjoyable, positive and pleasing as mine.
