Disappointed in the service received today I was personally recommended by Ginger Gadawski to bring in my car to do the Kelly blue book instant cash. I have an ailing husband at home that I take care of by myself so finding someone to sit with him while I went to meet with the salesman was not easy. After arriving at my appointment, I was then made to wait an hour and fifteen minutes before the salesperson met with me. This was unacceptable and caused an issue with me having to leave my husband home alone.
