Dealer could not re-program used Toyota Keyless entry key (local locksmith did). Dealer could not reprogram air inlet mode so that 'recirc' was manual instead of 'auto'. When I presented Montrose with a copy of the Avalon Repair Manual (RM1169U) showing that the air inlet mode was one of many customizable features, Bob dismissed it as 'internet junk'. When I took the car to Ganley Toyota, they not only reprogrammed as I asked, they did it as a customer courtesy...no charge. More
