I have but one complaint in my dealings with this Montrose Dealership. Until three (3) weeks after my purchase I did not really realize that the heater-fan was only working on the two highest speeds Montrose Dealership. Until three (3) weeks after my purchase I did not really realize that the heater-fan was only working on the two highest speeds of four. When I wen back in for repairs (which should have been fixed prior to being sold) I was charged for the parts AND labor - with a generous 15% discount. Although my salesman, Mark Kassel, and all else was exceptional in my experience with this dealership I definitely do not feel it very professional to have been charged for what was an oversight of their maintenance department in preparing a used vehicle for sale.
