Earl New STI I was shopping online for cars and decided to give Subaru of El Cajon a try I contacted Mr. royal Wilkinson sales manager After a few phone conver I was shopping online for cars and decided to give Subaru of El Cajon a try I contacted Mr. royal Wilkinson sales manager After a few phone conversations I decided to make a trip to the dealership and testdrive a new STI and talk to Mr. Wilkerson about options on how to get one since I could not find one with the equipment And, on the lot I decided to special order one which Mr. Wilkerson took his time and walk me through the steps in getting the options I wanted and color Mr Wilkerson was spot on with the time from the factory to the dealership which was 8 to 12 weeks ,I was surprise when I received a phone call from Mr. Wilkerson a few days after New Year's that the vehicle had just arrived at the dealership mr. Wilkerson took his time explaining about the warranties and operation of the vehicle and also showing us all of the features of the vehicle which I am still learning to use it was a pleasure dealing with Royal Wilkeson and if I'm in the market in the future for Subaru again I will be contacting him . More

RandAll Dunn is the man! I went to Subaru El Cajon with the intention of purchasing a Manual WRX not expecting to be able to drive one until taking it out of the dealership. RandAll was kind enough to offer to teach me how to drive the manual transmission wrx. We spent some time driving around in a parking lot nearby until I was comfortable enough to drive it back to the dealership. Awesome! RandAll helped me find the car I wanted, making the whole experience awesome and fun! He's very diligent, makes sure you have all the information you need, gives you lots of personal attention, and takes very good care of you. I was able to get the car I wanted with a terrific price!
