Really hate having to make the effort to add something negative to the world, but these swindlers leave me no choice. Overly slick 1970s sales experience included all the tricks, but the worst part were negative to the world, but these swindlers leave me no choice. Overly slick 1970s sales experience included all the tricks, but the worst part were two huge fails from the finance department. They failed to get their end of the paperwork done which resulted in an additional payment form me on my trade-in, and they failed to notify DMV of the transfer. These were costly headaches for me after the fact, and my attempts to handle in-house went nowhere. LOVE my Subaru, but I overpaid and got swindled on the back end. More

The whole staff was so nice and professional, and everyone was wearing their masks properly, as in over both their nose and mouth. Ray from the service department was very kind and was nice enough to arrange for a Lyft ride to pick me up and take me back to the dealership to get a courtesy vehicle set up after I had already gone home (I brought my car in for the airbag recall). The two staff members whose names I did not catch were very personable and provided excellent customer service. Great experience! More

We bought our new Outback one year ago. The new owners and management effort looked bent on making the dealership one of the best. I recently brought in my car to service and had worst experience. After a week of driving the courtesy vehicle, I was told my car was ready to pick up. When I got there I was handed paperwork, car keys, experience. After a week of driving the courtesy vehicle, I was told my car was ready to pick up. When I got there I was handed paperwork, car keys, and was told I was good to go. When I opened my door, I realized my backseat was uninstalled. I walked back to the service department and addressed it to Francisco. He walked to my car and quickly tried hooking the seat, however I noticed the backseat was missing screws. I stopped Francisco and pointed out that wasn’t the proper way of installing it. He stated “I’ll take your car and bring it back when it’s ready”. When he returned, I asked to speak to someone above him. He replied “no, I’m the manager here”. I told him that’s bad service and lack of professionalism. He got in my face! And yelled “ We didn’t build your car! All we’ve been doing is accommodating you! His eyes were twitching and looked unstable. I thought he was going to snap! I took a step back as I was afraid I was going to be assaulted. I am not exaggerating! As a women in her 20’s, I felt threatened, humiliated, and bullied by a man who gets paid to help customers. I couldn’t help to cry as I turned around and got in my car. I will never service my car at the El Cajon branch again. I’m afraid to go back to any Subaru at this point. The main reasons I decided to buy a new Subaru was because I was told they hold their value and “The Subaru Love Promise” which is a total lie in my experience. More
