Always good service. My only complaint is that the last three times I was there my washer fluid did not get refilled. The info light has been on the entire time. This was supposed to be the follow up to program my new keys and have me out within 2 hrs. At 2pm gave me a loaner and said they needed to do more diagnostic testing and would call me. Once again, no follo keys and have me out within 2 hrs. At 2pm gave me a loaner and said they needed to do more diagnostic testing and would call me. Once again, no follow up. It's Monday at 11am and no update from Subaru. I left a vm for Monica (service person assisting me) and the service Mgr to call with some sort of update. I'm self employed and have had to rearrange my schedule based on waiting for updates. RIDICULOUS More
