From the day I bought my Ascent at El Cajon Subaru it has been a great experience. The staff is friendly, professional always a great experience. Worst experience ever, I am being jerked around left and right, trying to get my car fixed but they apparently sent back the parts. Oh and after they told me an electrical repair would cost $800, and is not covered by warranty even though the car is less than 3 years old, she asked “do you want the repair or not”, she said she’d figure everything out and call me back in 30 minutes. Its been longer than that. Worst customer service ever, feeling helpless and like my car will never get fixed. I wish i never bought a subaru and I really dont want to return to this dealership. More

I had an irreparable tire flat last minute, and since I bought my tires from Subaru EC (special order AT tires, reflected in their service personnel. I had an irreparable tire flat last minute, and since I bought my tires from Subaru EC (special order AT tires, under warranty, but not stocked), Angel was able to get my car in for a new tire replacement (had to special order my tire), and provided me with a loaner car (sweet CrossTrek) right before Thanksgiving so I had a vehicle to use and wouldn't disrupt my established travel plans. Very apathetic of my situation, so he insured I was taken care of. Great customer service as always. More

Perfect experience, car was done early, service advisor was not at the desk when I arrived, but someone else stepped in gum in my paperwork and keys and I was on my way. They are close and available for service on my Subaru. My oil change and complimentary car wash was done in about an hour and a half. I’m leery of and dealership because of their compulsion to up sell service items. $126 for an oil change and a tire rotation is ridiculous! I will continue to use this service department as long as I keep receiving coupons for discount oil changes. More
