Terrible service. Brought car in twice for service in 2 months for battery/starting issues. Neither time did they offer/mention running diagnostics on my battery drai Brought car in twice for service in 2 months for battery/starting issues. Neither time did they offer/mention running diagnostics on my battery drain. However, the 2nd time they did recommend replacing my spark plugs which were replaced on the 1st visit. When I asked them about it they said they just recommended it based on mileage, which is insane. Recommendations should be made based upon issues present and mileage since last known service. The service record which they have access to. When I called today after picking it up to ask if the battery drain diagnostic was run, they offered to do it for another 300. The diagnostic that should have been run and would have gone towards the 400 I spent on a battery. This place is a money grab, never going back there again. More

Brought my car in for service as it stalled in heavy freeway traffic and multiple error messages flashed on. I was given a courtesy loaner and after they had the car for over a week they could not find freeway traffic and multiple error messages flashed on. I was given a courtesy loaner and after they had the car for over a week they could not find anything wrong except the back brakes needed to be changed and since and the next oil change was coming up. The paperwork noted customer states check engine light came on and I did tell them it was more than that light and to check the computer and wires as I live in the mountains and mice do damage. They said they checked everything but could not find any cause of car stall. I got the car back with new back brakes and oil changed. Not sure if I will come back there for any serious issues. Also driving the loaner car back home while my car in shop they had a salesman call and try to buy my car and buy a new car. Very tacky. More
