Where do I start. I responded to a radio announcement about special programs from Summit Place Kia. I applied online, and received a text from a rep. Since then, and multiple calls, text, and emails, no one has responded to me. I spoke to a sales manager Jason, who promised to return my call within an hour. That was 3 days ago. To date, no one has helped me. Even if I don't qualify, be professional and respond. I am so disappointed. I really would like for you and your staff to treat us as if we are customers and not low budget people. I have a great history for vehicles, and just wanted to upgrade from the situation I am in currently with my vehicle. More
