When I first contacted SP Kia the person who took my call was Hayden Lee and he quickly and effortlessly took me under his wing in order to see what I wanted and ultimately what I would need. Even when I was discouraged and even threatened to take my business elsewhere due to the delivery date pushbacks, he would give me hope that one day I would be behind the wheel and from SP Kia under his guidance! With new found confidence in the dealership as well as my salesman, I stayed the course. After the culmination of fear, ups, downs, cheers, yeahs, and awws, Hayden led me to glory on 5/2/2022 which was a definite surprise to say the least! His professionalism, friendship like demeanor, brotherly vibe, and total respect towards me and my family led me to not only recommend him, but recommend SP Kia to all that would read or listen to my experience!
