My 2021 Forte was towed to Summit Place East on February 25 bc of vandalism . Today is March 20th and the service department has discovered additional damage. We have purchased Kia’s since 2012. In 2012 we 25 bc of vandalism . Today is March 20th and the service department has discovered additional damage. We have purchased Kia’s since 2012. In 2012 we bought two cars the same day.. I admit it was Waterford and Auburn Hills. Clinton Township would not give me a loaner. I also own a Sportage 2023. We have been longtime customers. This incident will force me to get rid of both vehicles. Trust me, if I ever get my car back I will be getting rid of it. I won’t be recommending anyone to purchase a vehicle from Summit Place Kia -Clinton Township especially. More

The dealership had plenty of vehicle's that we were interested in. Hunter Wallace did a great job in showing us several vehicles to choose from. Tina greeted us with a smile and hello. Also told us there were snacks & drink for us. Joe came shortly with a warm welcome. No pressure. Brought car to the door for us to look at. This dealer is the worst I've ever had to deal with saying that if my car is not covered I will have to pay but I have a full 5-year warranty 100,000 miles for drivetrain engine and transmission they h saying that if my car is not covered I will have to pay but I have a full 5-year warranty 100,000 miles for drivetrain engine and transmission they have gave me nothing but a hard time will not help me I have 48,000 miles on my vehicle and it runs like crap More
