The first sales person we had dropped the ball and almost lost the sale, but Lexi got upper management involved, got us what we were asking for our trade-in, handed us off to another sales person who helped lost the sale, but Lexi got upper management involved, got us what we were asking for our trade-in, handed us off to another sales person who helped close the deal and kept us on schedule to pick up our new truck. Our dog Bella was treated like royalty -:) Very happy with the new truck! Glad it all worked out. More
