I text a sarcastic text to Dan thanking him for the full tank. “Don’t notice, sorry about that. According to the fuel gage we should have been able to make with ease to the gas station in our town. Truck dies, out of fuel. Gage is off a little, no biggy. What pissed me of was when I took a pic and sent it to dan and asked if the road side assistance was active yet. “John I’m not arguing about this, sorry”. The heck is that. I had the vehicle in my driveway in exactly one week. Considering the process, contracting a carrier, it was actually faster than I imagined. The carrier they chose provided excellent communication and were delightful to work with to delivery. I am thrilled with the truck and the entire experience. I wish they had a dealership in my hometown. Superior, highly recommend! More

After 24 hours of doing nothing with my credit app he finally took the Consumer beware! Salesman, Dillon, responded to my online purchase request. After 24 hours of doing nothing with my credit app he finally took the “package” to the finance manager. After seeing the credit check hit my credit report and after hours of hearing nothing from Dillon I sent another inquiry and was told “your credit was approved but the car was sold 15 minutes ago”. Im not upset that the car was sold but I am upset with the shady business practices. Tell me the car sold, no problem, don’t run my credit thinking you can talk me into another car. The way a business handles a customer that has been treated poorly, intentional or not, says a lot about the business. In this case, the sales managers response was basically “sucks to be you”. More
