After several e-mails and phone calls we came to an agreement on the price of the car. Salesman Brett Schmitz checked into the cost of shipping the car by car hauler and was prepared to handle the deal for us since we live in Louisiana. We later decided to fly up to Wisconsin to close the deal and drive the car home. Brett arranged for someone to pick us up at the airport in Madison and drove us up to the dealership in Fond du Lac. The sales team at Holiday CDJ was very nice and helped us in every way we expected to make the deal come true. We only came in to test drive the Chevy Trailblazer that was on the lot. We did not have intentions of buying it, but everything worked out so well, that we did! We were told from a friend to go to Holiday not only for great prices but for excellent customer service. We previously went to a different dealership and never got a phone call back we had to call them, t great prices but for excellent customer service. When we were told a date and time to expect a call back they were prompt and gave us our options. They went above and beyond to get us into a new vehicle with the features we were looking for and the budget we wanted to stay with. Brett went through our new truck explaining all the features and answering our questions to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase.
