Before my wife and I made the trip North, Brock Boettcher (finance ) had the purchase price, our trade in price, as well as our monthly payment locked in. To our surprise when we arrived Brock was able to lower our monthly payment from what we discussed. This dealer also gave us more for our trade in than dealers near home were going to and that is with out them even seeing it. I took pictures and gave them the VIN and texted them to Sean. When we arrived they had all the paperwork ready and the entire process of working with this dealership was just outstanding. It has a small town feel and just made you feel as if you we were from there. I will have no issues in the future to make the drive back up there to purchase other vehicles. I wish other car dealers would take a page from how Holiday Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM treats customers. The way they do things truly makes the car buying experience a great one. Of course we get asked, “why did you drive to Fond Du Lac WI, were there no trucks around here”. There were some, but none came close to what this dealer offered and the timely responses we received. Drove up to Fon Du Lac from Milwaukee to check out trucks at Holiday and Lenz. At Holiday our salesman, Parker, was knowledgable, friendly and a straight shooter. I let him know that I was shopping Lenz for a comparable truck and I would either buy a truck there or be back for the Ram. I drove over to Lenz and sat down with a salesman. After a quick search he couldn't come within $2k of the Ram at Holiday. I immediately drove back and purchased the truck from Parker at Holiday. We also spent a little time with Brock (finance). He was also extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgable. He had me financed and registered in less than an hour. Overall my experience at Holiday exceeded my expectations. I would definitely ask for Parker the next time you're looking for a new vehicle. My wife will be in the market for a new car in the next 6 months and we will be making the drive to Fon Du Lac for the purchase. More

Mike was not there the day I stopped, so I was referred to Brett and he did such a great job in showing me the two vehicles I wanted to see. It was a rather cold day, so he brought them inside to go over the features etc. I had them giving me all of the information and what vehicles where available with the features I wanted and at a price that was reasonable. Well after making my decision we found out the vehicle I wanted was sold, so once again they where going above and beyond to make the sale..well within an hour they had exactly what I wanted located and the deal was made!! We picked up the vehicle today and again the quality of service and the time spent going over every detail of the car was fantastic to say the least.
