My wife and I were very impressed with how Sal Rigoroso handled the purchase of our new 2013 Explorer XLT. We were pleased that Sal worked hard to give us a deal that we felt very good about, especially with making sure we took advantage of the available incentives; and we never felt pressured about the process. We are both extremely happy with the 2013 Explorer XLT and we feel that we got exactly what was wanted in options and features (we really wanted the Deep Impact Blue color and the Dual Climate Control option, for example), and we are very pleased with the multitude of other options the new Explorer has to offer, including the ability to use Bluetooth on a cell phone to pair with Ford Sync, which really has come in handy. From the first phone call through the test drive and even through the paperwork process, Sal took care of us, and made us feel very comfortable, and we appreciated that. More

Summerville Ford was the third car dealership I visited in the Summerville area while searching for a used vehicle with low milage. I met with him the following day and was pleased that I did not have to spend hours and hours looking for what I wanted. I ususlly dread going to car dealerships, but this experience was painless. I did not feel pressured and did not have to spend wasted hours. He did not call and "bug" me when I left to work out the financial part of the deal.
