Needed to "retire" our 1999 Ford Explorer for a newer, and hopefully more reliable vehicle. Searched online for a used Ford Edge/Lincoln MKX and quickly found what we were looking for. I sent an email to Sal who responded quickly via email and a phone call. The next day I took a 2010 Ford Edge on a test drive, looked it over and called my husband to test drive after work. The next day was Sal's day off although he agreed to come in to discuss our possible trade-in and a sale. The next day we asked if we could take it to have our mechanic look it over....no problem. Came back, sat down and Sal gave us a fair purchase on our used vehicle and fair price on the used Edge. Sal is personable and very direct.
