I was told Chrysler would refund my rental. That is not true. They might for a recall and only $30 a day. I waited more than a year for a loaner which I still did not get even having bought the extended warranty service. I checked in from time to time to see where I was on the list. I have a Pacifica that has significant issues. Some of which need body work for rusted welds in the doors after only 300 miles and those are the ones I can see. I was put on a list for a loaner. I am a disabled vet and need a car. I waited for a year and so to keep from losing the warranty coverage, I had to rent a car for a week. The dealership had more than ample time headsup as I scheduled online. Also I was on the waiting list and they new why. When I went to check on my van after the dealer having it for a week, it was only then leaving for the body shop that evening. It had sat for a week, minus an hour to change the oil and rotate the tires. So I took it home. As I ran out of time with the rental. Only the oil and tires were addressed and none of the other things on the repair list. They wanted me to bring it back and said I could get a loaner this time. After the aforementioned and the shear amount of grease smeared all over the inside of my vehicle, I decline. I will take it to another city for service, or better yet trade it for another brand entirely. If you just need oil, don't care about the cleanliness of the inside of your car, have days to sit around and are independently wealthy this dealership might just be for you. However, for me and mine...NEVER AGAIN. More
Bought my car back in 2020. Was told that for the lifetime that I own the vehicle I would pay $8. Well, they told me today when I was at the dealership for oil change that this deal has now ended. They told me it's because it should never had been given to me. That the cost of oil has changed and I should "understand". Well I don't because a companies word should be honored. Never will buy from them again. We all k ow dealerships are shady but I had hope they were different since my oil has been $8 for 4 yrs and now they throw away a customer. Shame on you Sulphur Springs Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Shame on you Nottingham!! More
When i say i had amazing customer service, i did! ! Ashley in the service department was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we stayed up to date on the progress of my car from the beginni ! Ashley in the service department was amazing. She made the drop off and pick up go so smooth. By far one of the best experiences, we have had in a very long time. If you need anything in the service department Ashely is your girl. Constant run around in service- rude GM. We had multiple problems in service, the GM just made everything worse. DO NOT BUY FROM SULPHUR SPRINGS DODGE! They do not honor defective cars. Service department is the worst I have seen. I bought three vehicles there in the past three years and our recent purchase of a brand new 2016 Jeep Compass on January 16th was great until they would not honor a design defect. Because of my car addiction I have bought 27 vehicles in my life so I'm a dealerships dream. I know cars better than most since I grew up in the Body Shop business. I can fix the problem myself but that is not the point. When you buy a 25,000.00 vehicle brand new with 100 miles on it and full warranty, you don't expect any problems much less working on the car yourself. I will muddy the name of Sulphur Springs Dodge on as many websites as I can. I will post videos of defect on YouTube and Facebook as well as me making the repair since they will not honor the problem. I will be contacting Chrysler corporate office next. I recently had to seek service for my Dodge Journey as it was not acting right not only was I taken care of quickly by Tyler but he filled out my paper work asked me if I needed a car to use in the mean time and got me out of there within 10 minutes really 10 minutes and they were busy I am so impressed! will never hesitate to bring my car back, they value MY TIME TOO!!
