I was told Chrysler would refund my rental. That is not true. They might for a recall and only $30 a day. I waited more than a year for a loaner which I still did not get even having bought the extended warranty service. I checked in from time to time to see where I was on the list. I have a Pacifica that has significant issues. Some of which need body work for rusted welds in the doors after only 300 miles and those are the ones I can see. I was put on a list for a loaner. I am a disabled vet and need a car. I waited for a year and so to keep from losing the warranty coverage, I had to rent a car for a week. The dealership had more than ample time headsup as I scheduled online. Also I was on the waiting list and they new why. When I went to check on my van after the dealer having it for a week, it was only then leaving for the body shop that evening. It had sat for a week, minus an hour to change the oil and rotate the tires. So I took it home. As I ran out of time with the rental. Only the oil and tires were addressed and none of the other things on the repair list. They wanted me to bring it back and said I could get a loaner this time. After the aforementioned and the shear amount of grease smeared all over the inside of my vehicle, I decline. I will take it to another city for service, or better yet trade it for another brand entirely. If you just need oil, don't care about the cleanliness of the inside of your car, have days to sit around and are independently wealthy this dealership might just be for you. However, for me and mine...NEVER AGAIN. More
Bought my car back in 2020. Was told that for the lifetime that I own the vehicle I would pay $8. Well, they told me today when I was at the dealership for oil change that this deal has now ended. They told me it's because it should never had been given to me. That the cost of oil has changed and I should "understand". Well I don't because a companies word should be honored. Never will buy from them again. We all k ow dealerships are shady but I had hope they were different since my oil has been $8 for 4 yrs and now they throw away a customer. Shame on you Sulphur Springs Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I purchased a 2024 RAM 1500 Limited from Sulphur Springs RAM in May. The dealership charged me approximately $1,500 to deliver it from Texas to Arizona. When it arrived at my house, on May 17th there were s RAM in May. The dealership charged me approximately $1,500 to deliver it from Texas to Arizona. When it arrived at my house, on May 17th there were scratches on the bed of the truck. I contacted Jeremey, my salesperson, immediately upon delivery. I sent him pictures of the scratches. Jeremey suggested we take the truck to a detail shop to attempt to get the scratches buffed out. We paid the detail shop $120 but they were unable to remove the deeper scratches. Jeremey asked me to get an estimate for repairing the bed's scratches. We took the truck to Fix Auto to get an estimate on May 22nd and emailed the estimate to Jeremey as soon as we received it on June 5th. We also sent it to the Finance Manager, Paul. I did not hear anything for weeks even though I left many messages for both Jeremey and Paul. I finally reached Jeremey who passed me onto the Sales Manager, Shawn. He asked me for the estimate again. Then he wouldn't call me back or take my calls. After a few weeks he finally returned my call and said their body shop said the scratches could be repaired for $500. That was it. Nothing else was done. He didn't even offer any help on the dealership's end. I wrote a letter to the owners and heard from Megan. Not sure who she is or how she is involved but she left me a message where she said she was sorry for the issues we had and wanted to help. She recommended us getting a different estimate and suggested the USAA 5-star service center was taking advantage of me. But the only one taking advantage of me has been Sulpher Springs RAM. Now, Megan will not take my calls or return my calls. I had to go through my insurance to get my brand new $80,000 truck in brand new condition. I asked the dealership to at least pay me $1,000 to cover my deductible and the other expenses I have incurred. They won't even do that! I called my insurance company who will pay to get the truck returned to brand new condition and it has been in the repair shop since July 11th. Sulpher Springs RAM received the payment for the truck they sold me and now they don't care about anything else. I would not recommend this dealership at all! They only care about the money and not their customers. More
