I use this dealership for service often and this occasion it was much better than the last so Good Job and Thank You. The only item of note is, I was told the DEF was topped off and it was not. Had to come in to get some accessories installed that were not on the vehicle when delivered and had to talk to someone about a sales paperwork issue. Service was very fast and I was on my way. I brought my 2014 Chevy here for service because I was unhappy with the service dept at the dealer I had purchased it from. Sullivans service was GREAT. They fixed the issues and oil changes were an hour, not 2 1/2! I now go here for that vehicle's service and just purchased a 2020 GMC From them. I bought my very first Chevy from Kevin when I was 18 and I am happy I have returned to the Sullivan dealership My rating is Excellent and I will give the full 5-star review because I am pleased with the service but there is ALWAYS room for improvement in Customer service because service speaks volumes.
