We found Sullivan Motor and Tyler via kbb.com. We needed to sell an SUV (with a lienholder) on behalf of our aging parent that has transitioned to long-term memory care. They offered a fair market value to sell an SUV (with a lienholder) on behalf of our aging parent that has transitioned to long-term memory care. They offered a fair market value price and more importantly gave us excellent service. The sale was a little more complicated than a "normal" one involving a death certificate for one of the listed owners and a POA for the other. Many dealers we reached out to were unable or unwilling to take the extra time to work through the details. Carvana, for example, offered a similar price but straight up refused to deal with us. Tyler, however, was undaunted by the challenge. Despite a few additional hiccups for us to run down the necessary documentation, he was patient and helpful. He even came to our house to finish the paperwork, and returned that day to hand us the finalized forms and pick up the vehicle. In addition, during these trying times, he respected everyone's safety by wearing a mask the entire time and using a different pen from us when signing paperwork. We would certainly recommend and/or work with Tyler and his team any time! More

Sullivan Motor Company caught my attention with the best selection of used pick-up trucks in the Phoenix metro area. I was able to test drive several trucks and take the truck to my own mechanic for inspection. Pricing negotiations were straightforward--no surprises. Paperwork was a snap. I was promised a 2nd key to the truck and a full tank of gas. We were in too much of a hurry to wait for the gas, and the service dept couldn't make the spare key, so we will get it from our local Ford dealership, and SMC is covering the costs. Definitely worth a visit to SMC--ask for Ziggy! More
