My sells rep was amazing. However if you buy from here beware of there yo-yo financing tactics.Make sure you are 100% approved and know your interest rate before you leave. Thought I was buying a Jeep and they told me 7% interest that is still high but I agreed then took the Jeep home. This was a Saturday they called me Tuesday and said my interest would be 13% so I took the Jeep back. Then when I took the Jeep back they just kept trying to pressure me into still buying it but refinancing to get a better rate. I told them If they couldn’t help me I didn’t want to deal with it later and be stuck with the Jeep. They just wanted the sale didn’t care about anything else but that. More

BEWARE! If you’re even considering going here, please don’t. I’m warning you now. I’ve been through xxxx and back with this “dealership”. I purchased a Jeep about a month ago, the ac was not working, and don’t. I’m warning you now. I’ve been through xxxx and back with this “dealership”. I purchased a Jeep about a month ago, the ac was not working, and per “their warranty” they are able to fix all parts under 3000 miles from purchase of the vehicle. We take the Jeep back the next day, and that’s when all our troubles started. Lack of communication is the first. I’ve spoken to at least 5 different people. I was passed off to so many people it was exhausting. I always had to call back, only twice I was called back, after being told that at least 10-15 times. They finally told us the part was in, after 3 weeks of being left in the dark, and it would take a week to be fixed. They gave us a date to pick up, and on that day they told us they couldn’t fix it. And to top it off, they sold us a vehicle that had no ac unit made in the model. How? How can you not know the vehicles that you are selling in your own lot? Tina family who live in a desert? They don’t care about you, just making money. This is a waste of time and money. The headache and anxiety is not worth it. Their vehicles are trash, they say, “oh we’ll clean it up for you and fix everything for you before you take it home.” It’s all a lie. I’ve almost considered suing them for giving me false information. Give your time and money to another place, it’s worth it, I promise. This place is so closed to getting into legal trouble. More
