They have a lot of great inventory so the lot is tight. The Mesa location has been open for a long time and the building is showing it some. Arturo, the person we signed the papers with, was very thorough and answered all of our questions without hesitation. The mechanics took longer than expected to complete the repairs; HOWEVER, the end results are amazing. We couldn’t be more happy! We will definitely go back to them when we are ready to purchase an SUV for family use. More
They are thieves! I bought a 2014 jeep wrangler from them and within a week the rear end locked up which also ruined the clutch. I had to go to aamco to get it repaired. When I finally got a hold of Tim in management. He told me that I probably ruined it because I didn't know how to drive a clutch. He wouldn't even take any responsibility for selling a bad vehicle for 32,000 dollars. I had the parts, pictures and explanations of the damage from. Certified jeep mechanic. I just wanted them to pay the bill for the damage caused by them selling a defective auto. This was even after they almost let me leave the lot with what they called a death wobble in the front end.. I also had paid in full for the jeep and it took them 2 more weeks to get it ready for me to pickup. They took the hard top off of my jeep and put it on someone else's, while they had the top off it rained and filled the jeep with water. The list is long. In the end Sullivan motors wouldn't even return my calls, and Tim is a lier and a thief!! More
ON SUNDAY WE GOT A TRUCK, AND TWO DAYS LATER I RECD A TEXT MESSAGE SAYING YOU ARE APPROVED BUT YOU NEED TO SIGN THE FINAL PAPERS,WHEN I GOT THERE CAROL THE FINANCE MANAGER TOLD ME MY INTEREST HAD CHANGE TEXT MESSAGE SAYING YOU ARE APPROVED BUT YOU NEED TO SIGN THE FINAL PAPERS,WHEN I GOT THERE CAROL THE FINANCE MANAGER TOLD ME MY INTEREST HAD CHANGE AND MONTHLY PAYMENTS AS WELL, WITH BAD MANNERS, AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT COME HERE, I GOT IN TOUCH WITH 3 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES GROM FINANCE DEPARTMENT AND ALL OF THEM WERE SO CARELESS ABOUT CUSTOMER, SINCE THEY DONT MAKE A DIME IF THEY SALE CARS OR NOT THATS WHY THEY ACT LIKE THAT, BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU SIGN THE PAPERS BECAUSE THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS AND INTEREST CAN CHANGE, AND THEY DONT MENTION THAT THE ONLY THING THEY WANT IS SALE WARRANTIES, ANYWAY WE WILL NEVER COME BACK I LEFT THE TRUCK AND I WAS A PRIOR CUSTOMER I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW THEY WILL TREAT THE NEW ONES, GOOD LUCK BE CAREFUL AGAIN WITH SULLIVAN MOTORS, THE FINANCE DEPARMENT EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE..
