He is very knowledgeable with the entire Honda line, he listens to what the customer wants and he works very hard to deliver exactly that. I picked up my new car yesterday and absolutely love it. Howard worked hard to locate the color I wanted and had it ready with all the accessories as promised. Sullivan Honda should be the first place to go when looking for a Honda. Once you've purchased it, the service department there will keep it in fine running order. They have extended hours to help service cars on your schedule and the work is top notch and done when promised. More

Air Bag Recall After bringing my Honda Pilot in for an air bag recall, I was shown the work order and was told that my radiator was leaking and it needed to be repla After bringing my Honda Pilot in for an air bag recall, I was shown the work order and was told that my radiator was leaking and it needed to be replaced at a cost of 700-800 dollars. Of course being a woman and knowing nothing about cars, I panicked. Since I didnt have the money to fix it on me at the time, I immediately left there and went to my mechanic to schedule an appointment and have it checked out. Nothing was wrong with my radiator and it wasn't leaking at all. I certainly won't be going back there when I purchase a new Pilot. More

Tim was informative, helpful and patient - a complete professional. I felt as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process which in years of car shopping has not always been the case. I. had many questions - he answered them clearly. He satisfied a couple of requests without hesitation, and made me feel important the entire time. Other staff also made me feel comfortable and were efficient at their jobs. I've used their service department a few times and have been quite satisfied. Especially appreciated that they didn't push additional work. Facility may not be as fancy as some, but that's not a drawback in my opinion. More
