The day we purchased the vehicle we learned it would need some parts replaced - a situation which could have turned out very negative and costly for us - but Al took care of everything (including getting us a rental car while the van was being serviced) all at no cost to us. And even though it was the end of the day on a Saturday, he did no rush us and no pressure sales tactic. We found a car my son loves and Dave made the purchase transaction very easy. My salesman on that day was Chris and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience meeting and talking to him. He understood my uncertainty, was totally unpushy, patient, and friendly. One month later I t old him I was ready and he came through with a car that fit my needs within 2 hours. I owned that car 2 days later!! Also dealt with Tim, who again, was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Totally pleasant experience and I feel that these guys will be there for me whenever needed. After me getting very upset and raising my voice about this situation, the staff and general manager were very willing to work with us in order for us to leave with her car that night! My behavior i hate to admit was less than stellar but the sales people all the way up to to the general manager were calm and professional and assured we would leave with that car!! They worked it all out!! I would highly recommend this dealership as they really want to help their customers. We have purchased 2 cars from them so far and would definitely consider again!!! More
