Chris gave me great price (better than I was expecting) and located desired car quickly. The whole process of purchasing the car took only 3 business days. It required only one visit to dealership - to pick up the car. I didn't require test drive. I communicated with Chris only by phone and e-mail. He never put any pressure on me to buy additional accessories or services. Pick up of the car was flawless. I spend less than 1 hour @ dealership. Finance manager Tim was very helpful.
