Initial contact was a text on a Saturday morning. The response was simply amazing - texting turned into "no pressure" call. The attitude throughout was "how can I help you". We received a purchase price that never changed - they told us what to bring and we drove home in our new car Saturday afternoon. The whole experience was actually fun. Our salesperson, Dave Paolino, was so easy to work with and only interested in our satisfaction - really! Completely reviewed the new car with us in simple terms, and then provided every way imaginable to contact him for "anything". I was there for the experience and after having absolutely terrible experiences from rude dealerships near me I decided to drive out of my way over an hour as well to bring my business to Sullivan Honda. Aaron was wonderful to work with and always very accommodating. He frequently went out of his way to stay after hours and work with us when he didn't have to be working. He was very up front and truthful and his humour really helped us through the whole process so it wasn't as stressful. I also worked with Joe as well as Tim who were both very nice and truly dedicated to making the experience enjoyable overall for us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.
