Look Im NOT trying to rewrite “ The Bible “ here I’ve been going to Sullivan for the past 11 yrs here in Ocala and previously at the New Port Richey Cadillac dealer. Im just frustrated whenever It’s time to service my car. I HATE going there , it’s a “DOWNER” and when the attendant suggested nearly $700 in additional service because “ ITS RECOMMENDED “ , I have 23300 miles and she tells me “ I’ll have to mark you as “ refused , SO WHAT Anyways I found her to be brash , I hate to wait 2hrs for an oil change and rotation of tires. So there it is, conclusion I think it’s time for a change , maybe another car ? or a drive to a service center Have a good day , every day above ground is a good who needs frustration 😃😃
