I bring my vehicle to you every time I need something done. I lost my extended warranty because I was never told I need a tuneup at 100000 miles. I bring it to you guys so you tell me when I need somethi done. I lost my extended warranty because I was never told I need a tuneup at 100000 miles. I bring it to you guys so you tell me when I need something. I can change my own oil and not pay $100 every time but I do that so I don’t lose my warranty. I also had a coupon for oil change in tire rotation, and you only changed my oil. That’s another reason they denied my claim. Now I have to get my motor mounts replaced again out of my pocket because you failed to let me know. More
This is my 1st Buick so my first experience with service, I’m waiting on a part, no estimated time . After a couple weeks I called to check in and felt like they were appeasing me by being on the call with m I’m waiting on a part, no estimated time . After a couple weeks I called to check in and felt like they were appeasing me by being on the call with me. No follow up. I understand the part is out their control however the lack or customer service is a turn off. Even when I dropped the car off to be looked at , I waited for someone to greet me while 2 employees sat at their desk. I work in customer service in a professional atmosphere and this just isn’t how you keep a customer happy and wanting to return. More
