Schedule a service appointment to diagnose a check engine light On. I was charged $204.36 for the diagnosis. After that the service advisor Jay Inman told me that the truck has a problem with the engine and light On. I was charged $204.36 for the diagnosis. After that the service advisor Jay Inman told me that the truck has a problem with the engine and that it will take 2 days to take the engine down to be able to find the problem. Then, the following week I schedule it for repairs. they did not even provide me with a loner car. My truck was seating in the lot to be checked out for 2 days. On the third day that the service advisor did not have the courtesy to call with an update then I had called him. He got mad and his words were " you can come and pick your truck up". He did not explain why they did not look at it for all the time they have in the lot. He just handles the keys to me not even telling me where my truck was in lot. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE, NOT EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. BAD...BAD COSTUMER SERVICES. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! More

When brought to their attention the service advisor claimed it "must have been a miscommunication with the tech that performed the work". How could I trust them to do any other service? Had to wait a half hour after the vehicle was "finished" to get checked out. Totally unacceptable. More
Probably the worst GMC dealership experience I have ever had. Made an appt. for a first oil change on my 2023 GMC 3500 AT4. Mentioned a setting that wasn't working on the dash and they said they'd fix that had. Made an appt. for a first oil change on my 2023 GMC 3500 AT4. Mentioned a setting that wasn't working on the dash and they said they'd fix that too. Dropped it off at 10:45 and said I'd be waiting, but I'd need to leave by 1 at the latest. Kept checking back with service and he said he'd keep looking into it and each time asked me who I was (like he'd never seen me before). 1:30 rolls around and it's still not done and I'm not happy. He finally went back and then said "they're just putting the oil back in it now." 3 hours for an oil change? "Oh well you had that problem with your dash too..." That's all well and good, but keep me informed so that I can make adjustments to my day. He didn't seem to think that was appropriate. I asked to speak with the service manager - he's out of town. I went to the General Manager Tre (of sales) and voiced my displeasure and he sat and stared at me not caring. I told him I won't be back. He outright said "That's fine - we don't need your business - we're doing alright." I asked who his boss was and he wasn't about to share that information - his exact words were "I'm as far as you're going to get." I went back toward the receptionist and she could see I was upset - so she brought me to see Jenny. Jenny was actually professional and apologetic and got my truck brought back up and offered the next oil change on the house. I said I'd think about it, but doubt I'd be back. Got in my truck to leave and guess what - that issue on the dash that they said they'd fixed and was the reason for the 3 hour delay? Not fixed. So I was there for 3 hours for an oil change. This is my 3rd GMC 3500 and I'm sure I'll be in the market again in a couple years...but I certainly won't give this dealership my business...since, apparently, they don't need it as they're "doin alright." We recently purchased our 20 th Buick , an Encore Certified vehicle from here . We were Quito pleased until our first and second weeks of ownership . By then , we had both remote starts batteries failed , the last one stranding us 13 miles from home . Then a friend and I troubleshot and discovered a failed car battery which the dealer replaced . On my way home, I checked tire pressures ; 40 psi,39,39,38 . I set down at home to drop this down to 37psi hot . Right next to the fill valve, there was a circular tear in the sidewall of the tire down to the core. Somehow, this was missed during the lease turn in inspection or maybe vandalism , who knows - . Anyway, This is a possible cause for a turnpike fatality ! ! The dealer replaced the tire for only $318.50 ! Including $21 for “ shop supplies “ For changing a tire ?There was No discussion about shared responsibility period . They are perfect and it’s always your fault . I guess everything is MY FAULT , huh ? I got so livid at this treatment , I will never return . Buying them donuts twice- F them ! I removed their decal and will mail the key fobs . Stick your free oil change ! I have owned 20 Buicks by now, and gone to Buick Centennail in 2003 . More

Rescheduled for the following week . service. Got there and was told we’re sorry we have nobody to look at your vehicle today . Ok let’s reschedule. Rescheduled for the following week . Took it in and they parked it . ( alarm keeps going off so I was told to pull the horn fuse so it wouldn’t upset my neighbors) called the same day in the evening to see how the progress was coming . Was told Oh we have not got to it but we’re waiting for the alarm to go off before we look at it . ( now remember I pulled the fuse like I was told to ) I ask him while how do you know when that happens since I pulled the fuse . He stated , oh we can see it from here . LMAO . It’s back in the corner not even in I sight from them and there watching for it . Hahahahah come on am not a fool . So then I was told we’re waiting till morning to put a tester on it . Well next day came around waited all day then I called again . Nope nobody to look at it . So another words you didn’t have anyone to do it in the first place . I went and picked it up and all I got was sorry . Not hey looks like next yr we will get it in . Lol. Got home and called them back to speak to the gm . Oh we don’t have a gm at this time . So bottom line make sure when you make an appointment you monitor your vehicle at getting fixed . Poor service. - 100 percent More

I was given a good deal on trade and have continued to have Sullivan to service my vehicles. Yes, I bought another used 2015 from Sullivan in in April of 2017 it had 18,231 miles. Their finance department is excellent. Sullivan's service team is polite, listens to your needs and sets forth to service the vehicle. If they discover a problem with with the vehicle or need to make you aware of additional repairs or additional costs it is done forthright. You have the right to elect to continue service or postpone the service until another time. When I have had lengthy repairs they will transport me to another location for shopping or dining. Call the dealer when your are ready to return and you will be picked up. If service is completed and you are off their campus they will call to advise and send pick up when you are ready. Ask for a car wash and it will be done if the attendant is free. Be aware that the wash attendant washes and re-cleans the interior of your new or used vehicle at time of purchase. This dealership is excellently managed. More
