Had a bad experience with the purchase of my vehicle where the salesman knew that my vehicle did not have the xylon coating package, but was still going to charge me the $2700 that it cost. I am a teacher and I live paycheck to paycheck I gave them a call later and was completely gaslit, spoke to condescendingly, and told that there must have been a leak by Dylan, the assistant service manager (I believe that is his title), who had not seen or worked on my car because he said knew how ac systems worked. I offered to bring my car in so that he could see that there was not a leak and so that I could get a refund on my diagnostic, and he just said that Joe was an honest mechanic and would not lie and then told me to have a good day. This is not the way to do business. More
