When I mentioned to you that there was a discount online for batteries your counterpart service person immediately sa service you provided me today. When I mentioned to you that there was a discount online for batteries your counterpart service person immediately said that the discount was for online purchases. You instead asked for the manager to approve the discount which he did. I am glad you did not follow your counterpart employee's advice. That is how customers walk out feeling good about the service.
