Had a bad experience with the purchase of my vehicle where the salesman knew that my vehicle did not have the xylon coating package, but was still going to charge me the $2700 that it cost. That salesma where the salesman knew that my vehicle did not have the xylon coating package, but was still going to charge me the $2700 that it cost. That salesman still works there and I’ll never trust this dealership again because of it. Oil change service was not impressive either. Told it was going to be an hour and after 1-1/2 hrs I went to the service desk and found my car sitting in the driveway ready to go but nobody told me it was ready. More

Schedule an appointment was easy. Had recall on air bags replaced. Work was done in a timely manner. Also had the windshield wipers replaced. Every one was professional and friendly. If I could give 0/5 I would. Joe tried to charge me to replace my entire ac unit when all I needed was a tune up. Took it to Transmax and now my ac is better than new for 222.51. Joe tried to charge me to replace my entire ac unit when all I needed was a tune up. Took it to Transmax and now my ac is better than new for 222.51. I am a teacher and I live paycheck to paycheck I gave them a call later and was completely gaslit, spoke to condescendingly, and told that there must have been a leak by Dylan, the assistant service manager (I believe that is his title), who had not seen or worked on my car because he said knew how ac systems worked. I offered to bring my car in so that he could see that there was not a leak and so that I could get a refund on my diagnostic, and he just said that Joe was an honest mechanic and would not lie and then told me to have a good day. This is not the way to do business. More
Schedule a service appointment to diagnose a check engine light On. I was charged $204.36 for the diagnosis. After that the service advisor Jay Inman told me that the truck has a problem with the engine and light On. I was charged $204.36 for the diagnosis. After that the service advisor Jay Inman told me that the truck has a problem with the engine and that it will take 2 days to take the engine down to be able to find the problem. Then, the following week I schedule it for repairs. they did not even provide me with a loner car. My truck was seating in the lot to be checked out for 2 days. On the third day that the service advisor did not have the courtesy to call with an update then I had called him. He got mad and his words were " you can come and pick your truck up". He did not explain why they did not look at it for all the time they have in the lot. He just handles the keys to me not even telling me where my truck was in lot. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE, NOT EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. BAD...BAD COSTUMER SERVICES. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! More
The engine light indicated it would slow down to 65 mph soon as we traveled north. We hurried to Sullivan’s which diagnosed faulty DEF tank. In 3 hours it was installed and we were on the road. Service department is very poor. They said they did work that can be proven not done at all. When brought to their attention the service advisor claimed it "must have been a miscomm They said they did work that can be proven not done at all. When brought to their attention the service advisor claimed it "must have been a miscommunication with the tech that performed the work". How could I trust them to do any other service? Had to wait a half hour after the vehicle was "finished" to get checked out. Totally unacceptable. More
Probably the worst GMC dealership experience I have ever had. Made an appt. for a first oil change on my 2023 GMC 3500 AT4. Mentioned a setting that wasn't working on the dash and they said they'd fix that had. Made an appt. for a first oil change on my 2023 GMC 3500 AT4. Mentioned a setting that wasn't working on the dash and they said they'd fix that too. Dropped it off at 10:45 and said I'd be waiting, but I'd need to leave by 1 at the latest. Kept checking back with service and he said he'd keep looking into it and each time asked me who I was (like he'd never seen me before). 1:30 rolls around and it's still not done and I'm not happy. He finally went back and then said "they're just putting the oil back in it now." 3 hours for an oil change? "Oh well you had that problem with your dash too..." That's all well and good, but keep me informed so that I can make adjustments to my day. He didn't seem to think that was appropriate. I asked to speak with the service manager - he's out of town. I went to the General Manager Tre (of sales) and voiced my displeasure and he sat and stared at me not caring. I told him I won't be back. He outright said "That's fine - we don't need your business - we're doing alright." I asked who his boss was and he wasn't about to share that information - his exact words were "I'm as far as you're going to get." I went back toward the receptionist and she could see I was upset - so she brought me to see Jenny. Jenny was actually professional and apologetic and got my truck brought back up and offered the next oil change on the house. I said I'd think about it, but doubt I'd be back. Got in my truck to leave and guess what - that issue on the dash that they said they'd fixed and was the reason for the 3 hour delay? Not fixed. So I was there for 3 hours for an oil change. This is my 3rd GMC 3500 and I'm sure I'll be in the market again in a couple years...but I certainly won't give this dealership my business...since, apparently, they don't need it as they're "doin alright."
