So, this is a "heads-up" for y'all. I've been a customer of Sullivan GMC/Buick for a long time. Always felt they took care of me and my vehicle. My driver's side power seat quick wor I've been a customer of Sullivan GMC/Buick for a long time. Always felt they took care of me and my vehicle. My driver's side power seat quick working. Took it to Sullivan, they diagnosed the "motor" was bad and the whole seat would have to be replaced, to the tune of $1400! I specifically asked "could it just be the switch, because the seat functioned except for pulling forward and backward was the only thing that didn't work. They said "no, we checked the switch, it's the motor". I said, "No, don't fix it." I left, had another mechanic look at it. It WAS the $50 switch. So Sullivan wanted to charge me $1400 for a simple switch fix of $50. The serice writer also told me that I would be needing a "timing chain and tune-up" soon to the tune of thousands of dollars! Beware of Sullivan GMC. They were looking to take advantage of a customer, a very good customer, but no more. I'm done with Sullivan GMC will tell the world about their deceit! Thank you Jimmy (my new mechanic) for fixing my seat, your honesty and integrity! More

When I mentioned to you that there was a discount online for batteries your counterpart service person immediately sa service you provided me today. When I mentioned to you that there was a discount online for batteries your counterpart service person immediately said that the discount was for online purchases. You instead asked for the manager to approve the discount which he did. I am glad you did not follow your counterpart employee's advice. That is how customers walk out feeling good about the service. Had I been dealing with the other employee; the matter would have been escalated to the service manager. Your fair response is an attribute to your employer. Ed Forteza More
