GM is offering a discount on Delco Batteries of 20%. I contacted George Rudelis, Sullivan GMC and he said that they do not participate in that discount offer and the price for the battery was $234 . I I contacted George Rudelis, Sullivan GMC and he said that they do not participate in that discount offer and the price for the battery was $234 . I went online and began the process to order the battery for my GMC 3500 Sierra. It showed the price of $202 plus a discount of 20%. I sent he screen shot to George to confirm before placing the order. George said that this offer is from the Sullivan Cadillac parts dept and not the GMC although they're owned by Sullivan and are next to each other. I emailed the service manager Mark Riffee and he never replied. This is the kind of service that makes me think twice before going there again. Maybe I'll buy the part from a chevy dealer. More
