Fast and efficient service. I arrived early for my service appointment, and in short order the service order was prepared, and my vehicle was taken in-it was for a simple servi I arrived early for my service appointment, and in short order the service order was prepared, and my vehicle was taken in-it was for a simple service of oil and filter change. My vehicle was returned in less time than some of those quick change oil centers I have visited in the past. The service writer was friendly and professional. More

I was a disappointed that my oil change and tire rotation took more than 1 1/2 hrs. I was early, but they took my car in right away. I was told that there are lunch breaks at the time I chose, so it’s take took more than 1 1/2 hrs. I was early, but they took my car in right away. I was told that there are lunch breaks at the time I chose, so it’s takes longer! I will not choose 12:00 again! I happened to look out the door and saw my car was there. I went in to the service area and asked if I was done since my car was there and he said he didn’t know it was finished! More

I arrived at 11:30 for my 12:00 noon appointment for oil change and tire rotation! They took my car right away, but I was disappointed that it took so long! At 1:10pm I look outside and saw my car there so change and tire rotation! They took my car right away, but I was disappointed that it took so long! At 1:10pm I look outside and saw my car there so i went to the service area and asked if I was all done and was told he did not see that it was ready. I said that took a long time and was told,that the time I scheduled takes longer because they have lunch breaks! I wish I was told this before scheduling! More
