When I mentioned to you that there was a discount online for batteries your counterpart service person immediately sa service you provided me today. When I mentioned to you that there was a discount online for batteries your counterpart service person immediately said that the discount was for online purchases. You instead asked for the manager to approve the discount which he did. I am glad you did not follow your counterpart employee's advice. That is how customers walk out feeling good about the service. Given that this dealership is near The Villages, one of America's largest retirement communities, I would expect them to avoid trying to "scam" people. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sul America's largest retirement communities, I would expect them to avoid trying to "scam" people. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sullivan Buick GMC in Ocala, FL. I feel that they took advantage of my disability while selling me a new car, pushing many optional features that I had explicitly declined. Additionally, when the dealer contacted my bank, they were extremely rude to the banker and insulted her before hanging up on her. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out for assistance, they have consistently ignored my phone calls and emails. This lack of response is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for their customers' needs. I expected better treatment and support, especially given my circumstances. My advice is to completly avoid this dealership and their employees. More
