Had a bad experience with the purchase of my vehicle where the salesman knew that my vehicle did not have the xylon coating package, but was still going to charge me the $2700 that it cost. Told it was going to be an hour and after 1-1/2 hrs I went to the service desk and found my car sitting in the driveway ready to go but nobody told me it was ready. More

I came to Sulllivan GMC Ocala to purchase a new GMC Sierra truck. I fully expected to experience wonderful service as a retired GMAC employee but that was not the case. After a test drive my wife and Sierra truck. I fully expected to experience wonderful service as a retired GMAC employee but that was not the case. After a test drive my wife and I went inside and what should have been a quick discussion turned in to a 45 minute experience whereby the sales associate walked back and forth from his card table in the middle of the showroom floor to the sales manager’s office. I finally became disgusted and we decided to leave. We did and on the way to our car we were chased down in the parking lot by the sales mgr and his salesman. We still left and shortly thereafter we had a new 1500 Chevrolet Silverado delivered to our house at thousands below the price of the Sierra. Several days ago I received a letter from Sullivan GMC at it said they could not approve my financing application for the purchase of the truck. Hilarious because in the same letter they stated that they had checked my credit score and I had an 845 rating out of a possible 900. This as we all know is an Exceptional Credit Score.
