Needed a backup key for a used 2010 Toyota Avalon. I spoke with Patty who told me what the price of chip keys would cost. After I got over sticker shock, I asked for a copy if the one that was half pri I spoke with Patty who told me what the price of chip keys would cost. After I got over sticker shock, I asked for a copy if the one that was half price. (The valet key versus the master key with the clicker built in. I was told to bring the car in since they would need it to complete the key programming and that it would take about an hour. The waiting area was quite nice, and the coffee was pretty good. In about an hour it was done and I paid $163 for a key with a chip. (The one with the clicker built in would have been twice as much) The older keys for my old Camry without a chip cost @ $3 at the hardware store. Patty was terrific but the price of chip keys is not so much. More

Recall appointment Had to bring my practically brand new rav 4 in for annoying farting sound that has to do with the gears changing. I drove there and they quickly had a shuttle to drive me home. When it was done they called and resent the shuttle and back I went. For something that could’ve been inconvenient for a problem with the car that shouldn’t have been experiencing, they fixed it and with the shuttle service, it wasn’t an inconvenience at all. More
