Seana the Advisor who checked me in when I arrived to drop my car off was very pleasant and answered all my questions. She also contacted one of their shuttle drivers to take me back home. Twenty minutes drop my car off was very pleasant and answered all my questions. She also contacted one of their shuttle drivers to take me back home. Twenty minutes later Melissa the shuttle driver arrived to take me home. She too was very pleasant and dropped me off at my house. The following day I received a call from the mechanic Chris who had determined that a sensor needed to be replaced to fix my car. He told me a new sensor needed to be ordered, but would be delivered the following day. Chris said that he would have my car repaired the same day the part arrived and he did. Melissa, the shuttle driver picked me up the following morning at my house to take me to Sullivan’s to pick up my car. As I drove back home I could tell the problem was fixed because the AWD warning message no longer displayed while I was driving. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Sullivan Brothers if you need your vehicle repaired! More
