Great Car buying experience! I had been looking a car for several weeks and had narrowed it down to what I wanted, a Ford Focus Hatchback. I found a 2014 Focus in my price range o I had been looking a car for several weeks and had narrowed it down to what I wanted, a Ford Focus Hatchback. I found a 2014 Focus in my price range on the website on Friday night. Saturday morning, I drove 45 minutes, to test drive it, hoping it was still there. It was. I specifically asked for Yvette due to reviews on the website. Yvette worked with me and got me a a great price for my trade-in, which helped me to be able afford to purchase the Focus. Derrick in the finance department wa helpful also. Derrick in the finance department was very helpful, as well. I explained all of the warranty programs that were available to me. We were able to choose the best option for me, in order to keep my payment within my budget, From the time I walked into the dealership to the time I DROVE MY NEW CAR off the lot, was a total of 2 1/2 hours. Pretty quick in my opinion! I would definetly refer anyone there! More
