Whenever I called or text, he was very professional and answered my call and my text immediately with the detail answer I was looking for. He also walked me through the maintenance area, where I can bring my car if any issue observed. On my final day to get the car, he offered me for a ride from my nearby apartment in case I want to drive back in my new car. Final day, it was a snowy day, but my new car was under covered area, Kelvin made sure, it's completely ready to ride, with full fueled. Very happy with Kelvin services. He helped me to choose the right vehicle I needed and went through every step of purchasing a car and also introducing the options available for the car. Later, whenever I called or texted him regarding a request he replied as soon as possible and helped me with any issue. Because of my great experience with Don and the Suburban Toyota at farmington, I bought my second car from them as well. I just sent my request to Don and he made it ready within 2 days. The process of purchase was very fast. Comparing with other dealerships, Don offers the best price. I m really happy working with Don to buy my vehicles.
