Can't get a service appointment It's impossible to get a service appt, even though my car is still covered by its Toyota warranty. The service scheduling Web page does not work. No one answers the phone, even though they are open & it is mid day. The 2 On Line helpers who responded by text messaging were no help at all. This dealership had good service when it was owned by Serra, but now it is awful. I live only a couple miles from Suburban, but now it I'll have to go elsewhere. This dealership only cares about selling new cars, and has no interest in auto service or customer service. More

I made contact with Don expressing my interest in a 13 tacoma. He went above and beyond to make sure this was an experience, and (a flight with a crappy 12 hour drive) that I would do again in a heartbeat. From getting me detailed information with pictures and videos, carfax with service history, to making sure all the gears were in motion before I even woke up that morning. He also arranged a ride from the airport to the dealership. This is a hard working guy and his team at Suburban Toyota at Farmington Hills are a class act. I couldn't recommend them enough. A+ More
