While we waited, Jon took the time to explain about the benefit of trading in our 2019 for a new 2021 Highlander. After taking the time to run the numbers for us, he convinced us to not pass on an incredible new Highlander. Jon’s friendliness, professionalism, and product knowledge is beyond outstanding. He took the time to walk us through the entire process, and even showed us how to use the great new features on our new Highlander. When it came time to sign, Abdul in Finance was amazing. He explained our contract clearly and thoroughly and we never felt confused. Roger, Jon, and Abdul are assets to the Suburban collection and their professionalism and incredible customer service made our experience hands down the best car buying experience to date.
