1. The Service Technician: Keith Connors (619) is the main reason for giving this experience a 10 and a 10 to recommending this dealer to colleagues, friends and family. This is the second time, we have been assisted by this service technician, Keith, and both times - he was clear; educated us on the issues detected and on the suggested solutions. He is very knowledgeable on the brand, the models, and on what might be some of the issues encountered. 2. Subaru America & Suburban Subaru should promote this service tech, Keith, to "Chief of Online Service Support" to Subaru owners that would like to connect via zoom/video call with a technician prior to bringing in the car for service. 3. We are a nationwide subaru family with family in texas and california who are both subaru owners, but some of their experience with local service has not been as exceptional as mine. Specifically, my younger brother in Southern California took his subaru into the Santa Monica Subaru Service Center for regular oil change and other mainteance before a long family trip. After picking up the car, and heading on Highway 10 towards Palm Springs - he started smelling smoke and hearing a sound - bottomline was that the service tech who changed the oil did not tighten the screws and he was now faced with an emergency and had to go to a dealer in route by Ontario Airport where he had to leave the car for several days. So we are cautious about our car service, and that is why when we find someone as knowledgeable and helpful as today's tech, Keith, is important that they are recognized so they can help in train others nationwide. Just as an FYI - Unbias Review: We do not know, or are related to this technician outside of his servicing the car two times, today being the second time. More

I brought my car in for service 8 days ago. I was told three days. I've been getting a run around about the status of my car for DAYS. I get if the work took longer; if parts had to be ordered. They simply wont return calls to let my know why my car isn't ready after having it almost three times as long as quoted. Worst service I have ever gotten from a dealership. Makes me question owning another subaru. More

Horrible service experience quoted 4800 to 6500 for complete engine repair. Towed it to another place paid 800 and fixed. Completely misdiagnosed and no empathy or repayment for tow. senior management complete engine repair. Towed it to another place paid 800 and fixed. Have owned Suburus for years and have had many well over 200,000 miles. Dealt with many dealers but none like this. They did offer to give me the tow fee back in form of credit for future service from them. Don’t think I will let them touch my car again. Can say that Luke in the service area is very professional. Horrible experience I have had a horrible experience from day one they played games the whole time I tried getting the vehicle it took them a few days to get back to me w I have had a horrible experience from day one they played games the whole time I tried getting the vehicle it took them a few days to get back to me with a yes or no if I was approved or not and never returned my phone calls when I had questions. Once I got the vehicle 6 days later it has been nothing but problems. Less then 24 hours later the rear end locked up completely going and 55mph. They had it towed and fixed I get it back one week later had it for 1 day again and I noticed front end issues brought it back again they fixed 1 part and told me it's all set and it had a 106 point safety inspection. I took it back and 2 days later I find more front end parts are bad. Lucky for me I'm kind of mechanically inclined other wise this would have slipped away. This part was bad even to an untrained eye the amount of the times it was so called inspected and on the lift for them not to see that is completely un called for. I now have to bring this vehicle back for the 4th time with in 2 weeks for similar issues. I've had a horrible experience and it's been a huge waste of time. I'll never go to this dealership again. If you plan to go there and buy a used vehicle don't believe a word they say about checking the vehicle over because it's b.s. More
