The person we were corresponding with wasn't even on site. They were making appointments from another location telling us to ask for a person that wasn't even at that location. So when we showed up for our appointment nobody even knew we were coming. Then ultimately we were told the car we were coming to see already had paperwork started on it with another customer. More

The car was in need of over $10,000 worth of repairs. Including a propulsion warning light that went off when we drove over 40 mph. Also the main hybrid battery was almost gone and would need to be repla Including a propulsion warning light that went off when we drove over 40 mph. Also the main hybrid battery was almost gone and would need to be replaced. None of that was told to us prior to the test drive. When we asked, the saleswoman said they thought it was a battery problem but they weren't sure. How is a Chevy dealer not aware of a problem with a 12 year old Chevy product. We will never go there again. The car was dangerous. More
