Jordan Burns provided me with the worse customer service. He is very lazy. I sent my car in with valet pickup on a Tuesday due to hearing a squeaking noise. Considering that it is the Winter time, my main focus was to fix the squeaking noise. Jordan called at the end of the day saying they did an oil change and tire rotation but didn’t check where the noise was coming from because they ran out of time. He said he would make me another appointment on Thursday to see where the sound is coming from but it might be brakes since it looks like I need those. Thursday came and no one came back to pickup my car. I called multiple times and the customer service reps said there was no appointment set and no availability until next week. So Jordan never made an appointment for me like he said he would. I called again and spoke to Brandon. He was able to miraculously fit me in with an appointment and arrange for Valet pickup. Jordan then calls and says do you want me to fix your brakes. I said, You are supposed to be checking to see where the noise come from. This is what we discussed on Tuesday. At the end of the day, before they closed he calls back and says the noise is from brakes and rotors but we don’t have time to fix it today. You can bring your car back next week or you will need to leave car overnight. I told him that I had been trying to get the squeaking noise attended to since Tuesday and I had to take my daughter to the doctor the next morning and needed my car by 10am. He agreed to me getting car back by 10am. He called the next morning and after charging me over $1200 for brakes, he then says no one can drop my car off until 11:30am or I will need to come pick it up if I need it before then. Keep in mind that this is 9am and I have a daughter that needs a car seat. When asking for a manager, he said the manager was not available. I told him that his service has been horrible the entire time and I planned to report ti. Then he called back and said valet could bring my car back before 10am. This will be my last time going to this location for service due to this experience. However, the valet guys that dropped off and picked up my vehicle was nice. More
I have been to Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills twice, both for a warranty recalls arriving out of class action suite outcomes. In both cases I waited for the service completion at the dealership and felt both for a warranty recalls arriving out of class action suite outcomes. In both cases I waited for the service completion at the dealership and felt they take too much time to service the minor issue, not sure it is so because they are free services. In the last visit I went for a headlamp replacement and I was under the impression they would check and replace the lamps within the 1 hour window they said it would take for the service. But after 1hr 20min, the guy comes back and says he needs to order the headlamps and it takes 1-2 months for the headlamps as they are back-ordered. I am like, you took 1 hour+ to conclude that! And it was 1-2 months to get the parts considering it is a dedicated Nissan service and not Honda/Toyota service. On both cases they neither checked the tire pressure and corrected not did they offer a free car wash. It is high time they bump up there level of customer service. More

Both my husband and I purchased our Nissan Rogues at this dealership. For the most part, the service has always been on point until today. I scheduled an appointment for my oil change and tire rotation last week for 4:30 p.m. I arrived on time. There were two gentlemen in front of me. One was a walk-in whom the rep (Kyle Turmon) decided to service the walk-in before me. When I explained that I had an appointment he said "I don't care. I'm not taking you first because you have an appointment." I asked "then why did I need an appointment?" He said if you don't like it take your care somewhere else. I have never been treated so rudely. If this is the kind of treatment that is delivered to all of your customers, I can't see you continuing to get good ratings. Dr. Karen Lee-Lemieux More

Service is either incompetent or crooked I took my vehicle in for a scheduled routine service (33k miles for oil change and tire rotation). Was informed that my rotors were "deeply grooved an I took my vehicle in for a scheduled routine service (33k miles for oil change and tire rotation). Was informed that my rotors were "deeply grooved and scorched". This seemed strange given it's a relatively new vehicle and asked for pictures. Suddenly, a new diagnosis is provided by a different tech and now the rotors are just fine. I was also told my brake pads needed to be replaced but given my suspicions were now almost as high as their prices, I decided if they truly did need replacement, I'd have my trusted tire company do the inspection / replacement a few days later. Sure enough, the tire company took a look today (after driving another 400 miles no less) and my pads are also fine for at least the next 6 months. I tried to speak with the associate who I felt was being dishonest when I returned to pick up my vehicle but nobody could find him (and I was in a hurry to get back to work). He mysteriously did not acknowledge my texts after the truth about the rotors was apparent. I naively thought this type of pattern was a thing of the past and that the risk of losing a potential long term customer and a poor review would not be worth 600 bucks in parts and labor. Needless to say, I'll never trust this service center for anything again More

Worst Servicing I recently visited Suburban Nissan Service center to do my 3rd servicing of Nissan Rogue (2016). Just to change OIL & replacing air filter, cabin filt I recently visited Suburban Nissan Service center to do my 3rd servicing of Nissan Rogue (2016). Just to change OIL & replacing air filter, cabin filter they charged me 172$. They not even told me the estimate of servicing. Service rep handed over key to me in less than 20 mins. service was very bad; no vacuum, washing was not proper. I could see dirt everywhere under viper, backside of my vehicle. I never go back to this service center. These guys are cheaters More
