This is the first Audi that I bought; as well as, my first experience with Audi. The staff were enthusiastic, polite, friendly and eager to please. They gave us a great deal on the car that we bought. I really love to car. The reason I gave my overall experience a 4 (good) wasn't because the car or the staff were lacking, but that I had to wait a pretty long time to pick up the car and because the only time I saw the car was after going over prices. So the reason I had to wait so long was because during the inspection (prior to giving the car to us), they found a problem with the brake light. It was late, but they still managed to take car of the problem. However, the warning light for the brake was still on. (Found out the next day it was just because of a loose connection.) But yeah, that took a bit of time. Then again, when you buy a car, you'd expect to be there for a long period of time. It's never a short process when you're trying to find the car you want for the best price. More
I RECENTLY PURCHASED AN AUDI A4 THAT THE DEALERSHIP HAD CERTIFIED USING AUDI'S 300 POINT INSPECTION CRITERIA. THE REASON FOR MY RATING IS THAT MR. SNYDER WENT BEYOND WHAT AUDI REQUIRES TO ENSURE THAT THE C CERTIFIED USING AUDI'S 300 POINT INSPECTION CRITERIA. THE REASON FOR MY RATING IS THAT MR. SNYDER WENT BEYOND WHAT AUDI REQUIRES TO ENSURE THAT THE CAR WAS IN FACT " NEW ALL OVER AGAIN" . THE PRICING, DELIVERY PROCESS AND EXPLANATION OF ALL WORK PERFORMED WAS DONE WITH HONESTY, INTEGRITY, CONSIDERATION FOR MY TIME AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS TRULY VALUED AS A CUSTOMER. TWO YEARS AGO I ALSO PURCHASED A PRE OWNED PORSCHE FROM THIS SAME DEALERSHIP AND COMPARITIVELY SPEAKING, THE TREATMENT THEN WAS NO DIFFERENT THAN THE TREATMENT NOW, THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BEING THAT MARK WINKLER HANDLES THE ASPECTS OF THAT TRANSACTION AND I CAN TRULY SAY , THAT THERE IS NOT A BETTER PORSCHE SALES CONSULTANT ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE DETROIT MARKET. We Purchased new AUDI A7 (2012) that was delivered as new vehicle. After outside detail products added to car (window tinting)it was discovered that the passenger side of vehicle had been repainted. Never di vehicle. After outside detail products added to car (window tinting)it was discovered that the passenger side of vehicle had been repainted. Never did the sales person, general manager or staffing ever disclose the damage prior to signing and delivery. The GM admitted to concealing information and took vehicle back in inventory after 1 week. Our concern being how many other new car owners has he pulled this stunt with? Why is there no policy internally to signal the new owner of damage? This damage well exceeded the reportable limit set forth by law. The GM now wants to re-order the vehicle from factory for a long two month minimal wait for car to be built. All of this after salesperson identified same vehicle in out of state location that could be traded for and satisfy replacement. This is a prime example of a quality manufacture that cannot get quality service point across to low level dealership struggling with personnel issues. No satisfaction or foundation for customer relations, bottom line only. Short sited, I would never allow my worst friend to go and shop for a vehicle at Suburban. More
What an awesome experience!!! This dealership is a class act to work with. As a female buying a car, it was an extremely easy, uncomplicated transaction. Very highly recommend!!! act to work with. Bought a used 2008 vehicle with what thought didnt have good brakes. My claims were dismissed by the salesperson when I test drove the vehicle and said I was not used to it yet. 5 days after I purchased t good brakes. My claims were dismissed by the salesperson when I test drove the vehicle and said I was not used to it yet. 5 days after I purchased the vehicle it was making a terrible grinding noise. I called my salesperson and the sales manager to try to get this resolved. The salesman said the sales manager would call me the following day, which he did not of course. Monday came and still no call back on either party, I left the manager another voicemail and yet no phonecall back. Finally, the Gregg called me and said here is the number to service, my manager said schedule an appointment. After receiving poor customer service because the sale was complete, I took it in to service where the technician said the car is unsafe to drive and the brakes are worn to less than 2% remaining. He said this car should have never been sold in this condition and wouldnt pass inspection. The sales manager said he was not aware even though he drove the car home the last two nights before I picked up the vehicle for purchase. More

I took my2007 Mazda3 in because it was grinding in first gear on a Friday; the server rep drove it away and hears the grinding. Mark called on Saturday and said the mechanic couldn't find anything and Mark gear on a Friday; the server rep drove it away and hears the grinding. Mark called on Saturday and said the mechanic couldn't find anything and Mark will have the mechanic recheck on Monday. Monday the mechanic heard it grinding and dug into the transmission. 1st and reverse gear were touching; they were contacting Mazda for authorization to rebuild. Oh ya, the mechanic says the check warning light was on. Diagnostic would be $110, and I authorized it thinking it was something serious. Tuesday, Mazda says they were replacing the transmission and the diagnostic says the rear O2 sensor was out and it would be almost $500 to replace it. Now I started getting suspicious, and told em no. They replaced the transmission and I picked it up on Friday night. Check engine light didn’t come one driving it. We get into the car on Saturday and the rear floor board has water so deep in it, the level was over the floor mats. Checked the past weather and it rained 4 of the 7 days/nights it was at Suburban Imports of Farmington Hills. Drove all weekend, still no sensor light. Monday back to the dealer so they can assess the water. The only thing they can find is the passenger door wasn’t seated right, but not enough to leak. They have no clue where the water was from, so there was nothing to fix. No, our porters and mechanics would never leave the windows open. Sorry there is nothing we can do. So for a recap, 1st time the mechanic checks out the car, he can’t hear the gears grinding, he is the only one to ever see the check engine light come on, and I get the car back with standing water in it. I would not advice ever going to this place. I’ve bought 5 cars in the last 7 years from different dealers and dealt with a few others, calling it 7 to 8 dealers I never had a problem with. But when I go to Suburban Imports of Farmington Hills I end up with more issues then when I took it in. More
