I have been receiving multiple calls from this dealership about my current Audi, a 2006 A6. They were asking me to come in to get the car appraised and maybe look at a newer one. I said I'm not really interested but they kept pressing by saying they can give me a great deal and that they need used vehicles, blah blah. So I have an appointment and when I get there nobody knows who called me. Then they figure out their procedures and Mr. (if i may say so) Robert Cornwell takes my car for a spin around the parking lot and offers me HALF of the car's blue book value because there's a ding on the passenger door and it needs brake pads. I told him that for that price I'm not trading it in. After all, THEY kept calling me to bring it in. Still I was interested in a pre-owned Q7 so while I has talking to the sales person, RC comes and tells the sales person to make sure that I get added to their do-not-call list. I took that with great offense and instead of probably purchasing a 30k vehicle I walked out. I guess my money is not good in this place. This has to be the most rude and disrespectful dealer I've ever dealt with. Probably it's my mistake because I did not wear a suit and tie... It's a longer drive for me to deal with Audi of Auburn Hills but it's worth it. More

I had the most amazing experience at the Audi Dealer because of Brandon Moss. He is a great salesman and is very educated at what he is doing. He was very attentive to us and didn't stop until we were satisfied with our purchase.He has a great sense of humor which was great since we were there for a few hours. He made our time there enjoyable (even though we were spending money). I would recommend him to everyone. We left very pleased because of him! More

Service center is AWFUL! I'd rather chew my own arm off than go back there! Manager John Sejuitt and mechanic/technician Bill are unhelpful, unorganized, and incompetent. My car wouldn't start one night so I called and made an appointment the next morning for it to be towed up there and checked out. Thought they would be the best option since I drive a VW. They said they would call me around 2pm, I had to call at 4pm to find out that they FORGOT to look at my car. They refused to give me a rental after they told me they would since I work in Ann Arbor. They took a week to replace a fuel filter because they "had to order one from Germany" which turned out to be complete bs, they just couldn't figure out what was wrong with it that night (at first they thought it was a bad sensor). Two days after I got my car back from them, and a thousand dollars later, my car wouldn't start. Now I was obligated to go back there a second time. I finally got a rental only to be treated with horrible customer service, as if I was a burden because they couldn't fix the problem the first time. I had to call and pester them for updates because their customer service is so awful. Two weeks later they decided to blame it on bad gas. I'm still not sure if that was even true but at least my car runs now! Next time I will have it towed 40 miles back to Ann Arbor to Howard Cooper Imports!!! More

I have had three experiences at different Suburban showplaces. All three of which were equally aggravating. The first was at Suburban Audi of Farmington Hills, to service my 2001 a4. Their feeble atte showplaces. All three of which were equally aggravating. The first was at Suburban Audi of Farmington Hills, to service my 2001 a4. Their feeble attempt at repairing an electrical issue left me fuming! The car was left there for two days, at the end of which service had not been performed, and I left with my still broken car, refusing to pay a dime for their "guess" at what was wrong, (an issue that I informed them had been previously ruled out by another mechanic). My second round with this company came the summer of 11 when I decided to trade in the car, and purchase a new one. I first went to their VW showplace, making an appointment with a salesman ahead of time, only to have him call me in the middle of my 45 minute drive in to tell me that the 4 cars we had selected for a test drive would not be available to see. Something relating to the titles not being available, and thus not legally "theirs to show." Would have been nice to know before I took the time to drive down there. The third, and by far most infuriating experience came at the Mazda dealership, from which I finally purchased a used 08 Eclipse. The salesman waved a "certified pre owned" paper in front of me several times, sensing my trepidation on purchasing the vehicle. Feeling assured that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected and still being under manufacturer warranty, I made the purchase. (Come to find out the vehicle was not, in fact "certified pre owned" but only "used" despite what this pink paper had lead me to believe.) The check engine light turned on literally the second I drove it off the lot and onto the highway. I called the salesman from whom I purchased the car, he was more than willing to have me bring it back in for a diagnostic exam. I brought it back in the next couple of days, as soon as I could manage between work, only to have them tell me that since the light was no longer on they could not pin-point the issue. This light went on and off and still does to this day, I have brought the car back in to the Mazda dealership several times in attempt to resolve this and several other issues that I discovered only a few days into ownership... The whole while experiencing less and less cooperation from the staff. I had to threaten them with a lemon lawsuit to even get in the third time. The issue is still not resolved after the most recent and rather hostile phone conversation I had with the head of the used car department. The men in the service department were always accommodating, and did their best to help me fix my car, but the men passing as upper management in this facility are ABOMINABLE. I am DONE with this company, and will NEVER bring in any vehicle for service, or recommend ANYONE to purchase a vehicle from them. More

Brandon and the entire team at Suburban did a fantastic job with the sale process and delivering our gorgous A4. Brandon was very enthusiastic and has deep product knowledge.
