To my surprise, I received a reply within a half hour of my request, and not an automated reply! Inquiries were made as to what I was looking for to place me in the vehicle "I wanted". Over the course of the following week, correspondence was both informational and timely through phone calls and e-mail messages concerning looking at cars, test driving, and financing through to purchase. Everyone was friendly and helpful, not pushy or overbearing. After the purchase, I received follow-up contact assuring satisfaction with my purchase. Janell was great , this was my first new car and I was extremely picky as to what I wanted. Janell went out of her way to find me the GTI I wanted with the specs I wanted at a fair price. He found my new car and made the whole process of buying a car off the internet ( I was a bit skeptical about the whole process too) a complete pleasure, as a matter a fact, my father-in-law bought one two a week or so later!!! If anyone is looking to buy a Porsche or lease one, you have to call and deal with this guy (SCOTT VOLLINK) , not only is he a pleasure to speak with but if he says he'll get you what your looking for then he definitely will. Janell ensured we were able to test drive a number of vehicles and nicely explained the features and benefits of each. If she didn't have an answer (and that was rare), she quickly got one. Janell and the dealership went out of their way to get exactly the car we wanted and were great about working with us on price. All of our questions were promptly answered and follow up has been excellent. We would be pleased to work with Janell again should we be in the market for another VW. More

I have been receiving multiple calls from this dealership about my current Audi, a 2006 A6. They were asking me to come in to get the car appraised and maybe look at a newer one. I said I'm not really intere about my current Audi, a 2006 A6. They were asking me to come in to get the car appraised and maybe look at a newer one. I said I'm not really interested but they kept pressing by saying they can give me a great deal and that they need used vehicles, blah blah. So I have an appointment and when I get there nobody knows who called me. Then they figure out their procedures and Mr. (if i may say so) Robert Cornwell takes my car for a spin around the parking lot and offers me HALF of the car's blue book value because there's a ding on the passenger door and it needs brake pads. I told him that for that price I'm not trading it in. After all, THEY kept calling me to bring it in. Still I was interested in a pre-owned Q7 so while I has talking to the sales person, RC comes and tells the sales person to make sure that I get added to their do-not-call list. I took that with great offense and instead of probably purchasing a 30k vehicle I walked out. I guess my money is not good in this place. This has to be the most rude and disrespectful dealer I've ever dealt with. Probably it's my mistake because I did not wear a suit and tie... It's a longer drive for me to deal with Audi of Auburn Hills but it's worth it. More
