Dan Kelley was extremely professional, patient and kind as he worked with us to determine which was the right vehicle for us. He went to great lengths to help us in our research by allowing us to test dri as he worked with us to determine which was the right vehicle for us. He went to great lengths to help us in our research by allowing us to test drive different trim levels of each vehicle no matter how many times we asked. Dan is extremely enthusiast about the VW brand and he believes in the vehicles he sells. Not only that, he's very knowledgeable with the product and is able to emphasize specific attributes of the vehicle to meet the buyer's needs. Dan has made me a very happy VW customer and I will recommend him and Suburban VW Farmington to all my friends and family! More
Damon helped us initially as we shopped for new Mazda's. A couple of days later we located a used Mazda 3 in our price range and worked with Damon to close the deal. He was extremely professional even though the price of the car incurred a loss for the dealership. He never let on to that or comprimised his service in anyway. Also, Steve Kerr in the service dept. was very helpful and friendly...even taking care of a small repair issue without an appointment! More
Andrew was very attentive and very polite. He listened well, had great suggestions and used velvet-glove closing techniques which I, as a former salesperson, greatly appreciated; no "pressure-push". I probably had at least 15 tenative quotes. The last dealership I called was Suburban Mazda of Farmington Hills. I was lucky enough to get Jayvin Davis as my sales rep. I had all my numbers already, so I knew where I could go with my price. I gave Jay a fair price, but was definately something he could not authorize on his own. Jay talked to his manager Tim Rybinski, and gave me a call back saying they can work something out. We almost had no haggling back and forth. Both Jay and the sales manager Tim worked with me to get me what I wanted, i.e. extended warrenty, APR and everything in the range that I gave them to work with. They did not haggle with me, lol well Tim did a little at the end, but he was just doing his job :) After everything was set I did a major no, no, I gave them a $500 deposit in good faith to hold the car for me without having anything signed or in writing other than a basic email. After the two weeks we agreed upon I came in to pick up the car, and I was a little worried after all the horror stories you hear about dealerships, but I have to admit both Jay and Tim delivered exactly as they promised. It was a pleasure dealing with them. The reason I gave overall a 4 instead of a 5 is they seemed to be a little unorganized when it came to time. We made an appointment for 12 PM and I think it took them until after 2 just to get us sat down with the finance guy. There was some excuses of course, but I thought that was a little long to wait. I am not complaining though, because Tim and Jay made up for in in customer service!!!! :) I had to come back to get something added in the package that they "did not have time" to get or install before I picked up the car. I had a brief dealing with the service department. They seemed to be knowledagble and did a great job on my interior lighting kit. Anything more mechanical I have no information on at this time. NOTE: financial guy offers some extra policies, wheel care package, paint care package, diamond window treatment, etc... I HIGHLY recommend getting the paint care package if you do any highway driving ... !! More

On September 6, 2012, I returned my Mazda6, only to lease/own another Mazda6. When entering the dealership, I met a salesman by the name of Andrew Small.
