We had great experience with Sales Clarence Carpenter. He's very knowledgeable about VW cars, and we were able to test drive the cars all by ourselves. Also, as a result of having my car totaled in an accident, Andrew set me up with a loaner vehicle,at no charge, from the dealership while waiting for my new car to arrive. The duration lasted 6 days and saved me over $200 in renting a car. Honestly, I recommend this dealership and sales consultant to everyone. I know I will stay a loyal customer to the Suburban dealerships. More

Dan Kelley was extremely professional, patient and kind as he worked with us to determine which was the right vehicle for us. Dan is extremely enthusiast about the VW brand and he believes in the vehicles he sells. Not only that, he's very knowledgeable with the product and is able to emphasize specific attributes of the vehicle to meet the buyer's needs. Damon helped us initially as we shopped for new Mazda's. New was a little out of our price range...even though Tim and Damon offered us an extrememly resonalble deal on a new Mazda 3 and a good deal on a u New was a little out of our price range...even though Tim and Damon offered us an extrememly resonalble deal on a new Mazda 3 and a good deal on a used beautiful Mazda 6. A couple of days later we located a used Mazda 3 in our price range and worked with Damon to close the deal. He was extremely professional even though the price of the car incurred a loss for the dealership. He never let on to that or comprimised his service in anyway. Also, Steve Kerr in the service dept. was very helpful and friendly...even taking care of a small repair issue without an appointment! More
